With a Solid Star of Elune and the +18 stamina meta, the T4 helmet will give you +83 stamina, with an Empyrean, it will only give you +86. With three Solid Star of Elune, this helm will give you +84 stamina, with three Solid Empyrean Saphire, it will give you +93. XP Gear drop rates and XP improves as you increase trial level until, making it the highest source of XP and end-game set items including salvaged MoTs used.
